Refund policy
Returns (Australia and New Zealand)
We are more than happy to offer a full refund or exchange of size within 30 days of purchase. Returns received outside of our return period will not be accepted. Please keep in mind postage times when sending your items back.
Please kindly note: Mystery Box items or items purchased from a Warehouse Sale cannot be returned unless faulty.
Products must be returned in a saleable condition i.e. clean, tags attached, in original packaging. Any products that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted and be returned automatically to the customer.
Returns (Rest of the World)
Unfortunately, we don't accept returns or exchanges from outside of Australia/New Zealand.
Returns Process
1. To lodge a return or exchange, create or log in to your account by clicking HERE.
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store (e.g. exchange of size).
5. Click Request return.
6. Once your return has been accepted, please send your items to the address provided in the email.
We do not provide return shipping labels and therefore we recommend using a registered and trackable method of return shipment and note we do not accept liability for lost returns.
Exchanges
You can exchange of size of the same item only. If you wish to exchange to a new product you can choose to receive a gift card and use this to order an alternative item.

Exchanges will be shipped back to you free of charge via Regular Post. You cannot return an already exchanged item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we don't accept returns of Mystery Box items, gift cards or items purchased from a Warehouse sale.
If you return a purchase made by gift card, we will give you a store credit.
Shipping fees will not be refunded unless we are at fault.
Refunds
Once the parcel has been received by us we will inspect and arrange a refund within 24 hours. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
